Macarthur, Bradbury & Mt Annan Veterinary Clinics
June 2010 Pets Newsletter

Welcome,

We have had a very exciting start to winter this year.  On 1/6/10 at a special dinner for all staff, the partners unveiled the new livery and logo for the group.

Those of you who have called one of our clinics may have noticed a difference in the way we answer the phone, or if you have visited us, you may have seen staff wearing new uniforms incorporating a new logo for Macarthur Vet erinary Group.  These are the initial steps in the roll-out of our new identity as:

  Macarthur Vet erinary Group

Rest assured, our team is still the same, with the same leadership. We think its time to formally acknowledge the strengths of the whole group that provides the high level of client and patient care you have come to expect.  You and your pets remain our main concern.  In fact we’ve changed our motto to better reflect this focus:

“Your pet’s health is our concern”.

Our clinics at Bradbury, Camden and Mt. Annan will all receive make-overs in the coming months to reinforce their integration under our new banner.  These changes are being made to better position us in our market place, to reflect our close ties to the Macarthur community and to communicate the resources we have at our command to ensure your pets receive the best possible care at all times.  As a group we are able to provide a depth of knowledge across many areas in Veterinary medicine and to provide the most up-to-date equipment to assist with the diagnosis and treatment of your pets irrespective of where you live in Macarthur.

In future, wherever you live across the Macarthur region, there will be only one place to call for veterinary assistance:   Macarthur Vet erinary Group.

We look forward to hearing from you.

However, when it comes to an animal's perception of grief, the emotions stem from different origins than grief in humans. Click here for more...
Skin Tumours in Dogs and Cats
Skin tumours are some of the most common tumours seen in the dog and cat, especially in Australia and New Zealand where there is a high incidence of solar-induced skin cancer (squamous cell carcinoma). Attention Seeking Behaviour In Dogs
It's so cute when a dog places its head on your lap for a pat. Such adoration is one of the highs of dog ownership. It's good when they do it a second time, nice when they do it a third time, but beyond that it can get a bit tiresome.
